A round of applause for Sam Marchesin who was recently promoted to Senior Property Manager! Sam will now oversee both The Wallkill Living Center and one of our newest acquisitions, Varick Peterson Homes effective January 9th, 2023.
Varick Peterson Homes is a 122-unit multi-family community located in Newburgh, NY. Sam will assist in daily operations of both properties and aid in all aspects of the property transition.
Sam has been with UGOC since 2016 and serves as an irreplaceable asset to our organization with her in-depth knowledge of tax credit properties. Sam never hesitates to pitch in when needed and has jumped in to assist countless lease up properties and those who just need another set of hands. Sam is also an active member of the New York Capital Region IREM Chapter and holds her ARM certification.
