Albany Times Union: Work Starts On Apartment Complex

United Group of Companies broke ground Thursday on Glenmont Abbey Village, a 148-apartment development on Glenmont Road in Glenmont.


The apartments, with rents beginning at $1,100, will include central air conditioning, fully applianced kitchens with vinyl plank flooring, washer and dryer, large closets and storage areas, and either a patio or a balcony, company officials said.
