The owners of two Watertown apartment complexes and another in the village of Clayton plan to move forward with $6 million in renovations after arranging for a refinancing package with a new lender.
Owners Michael J. Uccellini and Garry Kearns closed on a more than $30 million refinancing package on Friday for Truscott Terrace on Wealtha Avenue, Mountaineer Estates on Michigan Avenue, both in Watertown, and Lonsway Hill in Clayton.
