The Alloro at University Groves Celebrates Clubhouse Grand Opening

The United Group of Companies recently celebrated yet another victorious clubhouse grand opening event at The Alloro at University Groves, the latest and most lavish Active Adult community for individuals aged 55 and better in Sarasota, Florida.

Nearly 75 residents and guests were on site to enjoy the festivities and say hello to their future home! Complete with a digital caricature artist, packed goody bags, and passed hor'dourves, all who attended were able to take a long awaited first look at the community’s unique amenities and mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. Attendees also heard from The United Group of Companies Inc. President and CEO Michael J. Uccellini and beloved Alloro Leasing Consultant Patty Hamilton.

Construction for this premier Active Adult community, located at 3540 Broadway Ave in Sarasota began in Fall 2021. The community is made up of 183 luxury one and two-bedroom units with upscale finishes and coveted amenities throughout. At the center of the community sits a expansive clubhouse with offerings that include an outdoor pool and hot tub, multi- sport court, dining room, fully equipped fitness center, deluxe hair salon, and a fenced dog park.
