Construction Concludes on United Group's Latest Orlando Area Multifamily Community

This week, the United Group of Companies celebrated the completion of its latest class A luxury multi-family rental community serving the Orlando market. The Hamilton at Lakeside’s is a 108-unit $30 million development located off John Young Parkway. The project milestone marks a continuation in the organization’s development, finance and construction activities in Florida, totaling in excess of $150 million this year. 

Featuring upscale, spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, resort-inspired amenities and eco-friendly technology, The Hamilton at Lakeside. Located at 2250 Blue Hesper Drive in Kissimmee, has quickly established itself among the area’s premier rental communities since opening its doors to residents in June 2020.
