United Group Breaks Ground on The Sovana at Stuart

The United Group of Companies continues to expand its presence in Florida, breaking ground on The Sovana at Stuart, a 182-unit luxury active adult community in Stuart, Florida. The exciting milestone marks the latest achievement in the organization’s ongoing development, finance and construction activities in Florida, totaling in excess of $150 million this year.

Forgoing a larger groundbreaking event due to safety concerns regarding the ongoing pandemic, United Group commenced construction on this expansive project immediately upon closing in September. Once completed, this high-end, active adult community will feature spacious luxury apartments, cutting-edge amenities and United Group’s award-winning Senior Umbrella Network (SUN®), a social and wellness lifestyle program designed to support residents’ efforts to stay  healthy, active and fulfilled.
