United Group Tops Off 220-unit Palm Beach Gardens IL Lite Community

Progress continued this month at the site of Arcadia Gardens, United Group of Companies’ 220-unit luxury IL Lite senior housing community currently under construction in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Most recently, the developer and its construction partners celebrated the project’s ‘Topping Off,’ a construction rite commemorating the placement of the structure’s final beam. 

While a larger, more traditional ceremony could not be held due to social distancing restraints, the milestone served as an opportunity for both United Group and the organization’s many project partners to commemorate how far construction has come since Arcadia Gardens’ groundbreaking in December 2019. Impressive still is the team’s ability to stay on schedule under this year’s less than ideal circumstances.
